About Us

Nirina has over 15 years of experience in the field of ABA and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for 8 years. She is the mother of Daisy, a sweet playful girl who had Trisomy 18, a genetic condition with complex medical and developmental needs. Motivated by a deep commitment to honor her daughter’s memory, everything she does—both professionally and personally—is dedicated to supporting families in similar situations and helping them access high-quality, compassionate care. She has extensive experience working with individuals across a wide age range and firmly believes in the value of wraparound care, where meaningful progress is achieved through collaboration among all members of the care team.

Lorena has experience providing ABA services in both home and school settings, supporting individuals aged 3 to 24. She is passionate about helping clients develop essential life skills and takes pride in making a meaningful, lasting impact—sometimes in ways clients may not even realize. She particularly values authentic, spontaneous moments that occur naturally during sessions, whether it’s a child offering a compliment or sharing honest feedback. These genuine interactions bring joy to her work and continually reinforce her love for the field of ABA.

Kirra began her ABA journey while studying Linguistics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. With a strong interest in both psychology and language, she became fascinated with behavior analysis when she started working as a behavior technician. This experience ignited her passion for using ABA strategies to teach, leading her to pursue a Master’s degree in ABA and Psychology. She particularly enjoys implementing functional communication training with her learners and integrating naturalistic teaching strategies into her practice.
